View Menu
Overview
The View Menu simply toggles the Status Bar and the Scale Display on or off.

Status Bar
The Status Bar appears along the bottom of the EZScale window and displays information in four sections:
![]()
Section
1 (starting at the far left) displays the User name and the time and date the user logged on to the EZScale
program.
Section
2 displays the scale status. This is the same information displayed in the Scale Display discussed below.
Section
3 displays the current date
Section
4 displays the current time.
The scale display is a window that floats on top of other windows and displays the current scale reading or status.

???
means the EZScale is polling (ask the scale) for a reading.
...
means that the scale is not connected or is disabled.
The
colors can vary to indicate Tare, Gross, Stable and Unstable and are defined under Tools | Options | Scale
Codes.
You can move and resize the scale display and EZScale will remember its size and where you put it each time it is displayed. For the scale display to function, your computer must be properly connected to an electronic scale head and EZScale must be configured under Tools | Options | Scale Settings and Tools | Options | Comm Port.
