Tools Menu

Overview

The Tools Menu groups features that let you design reports and tickets, view logs of activity, compact the database or edit program options. Each Tools Menu option opens a new dialog box or display.

Design Report

Opens the Report Designer used to design, preview and print reports for management.

Design Ticket

Opens the Ticket Designer used to design tickets that are printed during the Ticketing process.

View Logs

Expands to show a list of logs, queries and tables that are useful to a program administrator or manager, especially in the area of auditing and security.

Compact Database

Attempts to immediately compact and repair the database.

Options

Opens the Options dialog where you can set options that affect the behavior of EZScale such as what tickets to print during a Ticketing process, what event logs to turn on, configuring the communication port, etc.
