Tasks Menu
Overview
The Tasks Menu lists the most common day-to-day tasks performed in EZScale including ticketing.

Ticketing
This opens the ticketing window which is the heart of EZScale. You will use this option so often that we've assigned the shortcut key F9 to this function.
Zero Scale
Sends a zero command to the scale. The zero command must be defined under Tools | Options | Scale Codes. You can also invoke the zero command using the shortcut key Ctrl+Z.
Exports information from completed tickets to a file that can be read into other programs for analysis. This is commonly done at the end of the day to transfer data to accounting for billing or reporting.
Only tickets that haven't been previously transmitted are sent each time this option is selected. If it is necessary to retransmit a batch of tickets, it must be done under Tools | View Logs | Transmission History Log.
The export format and which fields are exported is defined under Tools | Options | Data Transfer.
Allows user to view and print a report. The user will have the ability to select a predefined report and apply a query or filter to the report using the Query Builder. They can even modify the report for viewing an printing, but they will not be allowed to save any changes to the report design. Click here for details on Running Reports.
