License, Copyright, Trademark & Warranty
EZSCALE is sold on a per workstation basis. You are expected to purchase one copy, equivalent license or support contract covering each computer running EZSCALE, with the exception that you may be authorized to install EZSCALE on additional computers THAT ARE NOT BEING USED TO GENERATE TICKETS either automatically via a scale interface or manually, for no extra charge, if they are used for the sole purpose of:
Operator
training, or
Management,
Accounting or Supervisory access to EZSCALE databases, or
Pre-installed
as a backup computer should a primary computer fail.
Since EZScale is protected by a license manager, you will need to contact SSI Consulting Group to obtain approval and additional licenses for this purpose.

The EZScale name and logo is a registered trademark of Technicon Systems, Inc., all rights reserved. Any use of the program, source code, reverse compilation, EZScale name or logo with express written permission is strictly prohibited.
EZSCALE is sold on an "as is" basis. SSI Consulting Group and Technicon Systems, Inc. do not guarantee, warrant or make any representation regarding the use of, or results from the use of EZSCALE in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness or otherwise; and the purchaser relies on the programs and the results solely at his or her own risk. SSI Consulting Group and Technicon Systems, Inc. assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, special or exemplary damages resulting from the use of or results of using EZSCALE. The purchaser assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of this product.
This warranty is the only warranty implied or expressed regarding this product and no oral or written information or advice given by SSI Consulting Group, Technicon Systems, Inc. or either of their employees, distributors or agents shall create a warranty or in any way extend the scope of this warranty. Neither SSI Consulting Group, Technicon Systems, Inc. or either of their employees or anyone else who has been associated with the production, marketing and delivery of EZSCALE shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of business, profits, business interruption or the like, arising out of the use of or inability to use this product. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
