Common Elements

The Toolbar, ID, Name and Inactive elements function the same for all forms under the Maintain menu. Default values for new records can be defined by editing the Default Record.

Operated By

Operated By points to one of your Customers or Vendors (CV's).

General Tab

The General tab lets you describe the Delivery Method and job-site specific contact information for the job.

Pricing Tab

The Price Level and Tax Code used when Ticketing will normally be based on the Price Level and Tax Code set for the Customer or Vendor (CV) operating this job. You can override the price level and tax code for this job using the Pricing tab. Click here for more information on how EZScale calculates Net Price during ticketing.

To ensure that you don't override the CV settings unintentionally, you must check the "Override CV's Pricing Level & Tax Code" box before you can select a Price Level and Tax Code. If you later uncheck the "Override CV's Pricing Level & Tax Code" box, the Price Level and Tax Code lookup fields will reset to their default values and be disabled.
