Job Phase Types

Overview

Job Phase Types lets you define standard job phase types to be associated with each Job.

You get to this form under the Maintain | Job Phase Types menu or by clicking a lookup icon on a form field labeled Phase Type or Job Phase.

The use of Job Phases is optional. Examples of job phases that you might use are Phase 1, Phase 2, Foundation, Roughing, Finishing, etc. The maximum number of Job Phases is unlimited.

Common Elements

The Toolbar, ID, Name and Inactive elements function the same for all forms under the Maintain menu. Default values for new records can be defined by editing the Default Record.
