Inventory Price Levels

Overview

Inventory Price Levels let you define standard pricing levels for Inventory Items. These levels are then used during Ticketing to determine the Price Per Ton based on the Price Level set for a Customer or Vendor of a Job or a special Price Level set for the Job itself. Finally, item Price Per Ton can be overridden entirely by a entering a specific Price Per Ton on a Purchase Order. Click here for more information on how EZScale calculates Net Price during ticketing.

You get to this form under the Maintain | Inventory Price Levels menu or by clicking a lookup icon Generate/button lookup2.gif on a form field labeled Price Level.

The use of Inventory Price Levels is optional. If you want to us them, common levels are Standard, Non-Profit, Walk-In, Discounted, etc. The maximum number of Price Levels is unlimited.
