Common Elements

The Toolbar, ID, Name and Inactive elements function the same for all forms under the Maintain menu. Default values for new records can be defined by editing the Default Record.

General Tab

The General tab records Location, Quantity on-hand and Comments. You can edit any of these fields at any time.

Quantity

The Quantity is updated automatically as items are ticketed. Outbound tickets subtract from this quantity and inbound tickets add to the quantity. The quantity can be negative.

Note: Inventory quantity is not adjusted during ticketing when the Default Record for Items is selected.

Pricing

The Pricing tab, shown below, lets you record a price for each Pricing Level you've defined. To view or edit different prices, you must select them from the Price Level lookup list. Click here for more information on how EZScale calculates Net Price during ticketing.
