EZScale 2000 is designed to:
- Track the weight of materials loaded (or unloaded) on trucks, trailers, containers, etc.
- Generate tickets, invoices, receipts and/or other similar documentation.
- Produce follow-up reports and/or export data as needed by accounting and management.

| Flexible Ticketing |
We call the process of weighing a load and recording the results as Ticketing. With each load, EZScale
2000 can generate a receipt, invoice or some form of documentation
you define to record the transaction and the weight associated with it. Whether or not a physical ticket is generated,
its format and the information it contains are entirely up to you.

Extensive Tracking |
EZScale 2000 is very flexible and can track many attributes of a Ticketing session associated with each load including:
- Truck, tare weight, maximum weight, gross weight and net weight.
- Job and Job Phase information.
- Inbound or Outbound
- Purchase Order including items, pricing, maximum quantities, etc.
- Item Loaded (or unloaded) including adjusting item inventory levels.
- Driver Name
- Delivery Method
- Charges including amount due, taxes, payment methods and amount tendered

| Complete Reporting |
In addition to sample
reports, EZScale 2000 is has a built-in report writer to generate most any report you'll need. And for those that want even greater access to the data, you'll be pleased to know that EZScale
2000 uses an industry standard Microsoft Access 2000/2003 database and can even scale for use with SQL Server. |
