SSI Consulting Group recommends at least a Pentium 133 with 16MB of RAM. Any computer that
uses Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows Millennium,
Windows 2000, Windows XP will run EZScale 2000.

Do I need to use a mouse to operate EZScale 2000? |

No. EZScale 2000 can take
advantage of a mouse, but it is not required. Function Keys provide
quick shortcuts to some of the frequently used commands. Tab and
Shift-Tab keys provide for movement between fields on all forms. |

Can EZScale 2000 work with my existing office accounting system? |

Yes. EZScale 2000 will
export a CVS file (comma delimited file) that contains all of the
ticket detail information. Please consult your accounting software
documentation about importing files or contact
SSI Consulting Group or an Authorized Solution Provider if you
need assistance setting up this data transfer. |
Can EZScale 2000 use my pre-printed tickets? |

Yes! EZScale 2000
provides the capability to design custom tickets. Users can define
their own tickets using the included ticket designer or users can
arrange to send a ticket to SSI Consulting
Group or a Authorized Service Provider for custom ticket setup.
Modifications to any design can be done in a few minutes by
administrators at the site. |

to have each user log on to the system to provide tracking and
security. Administrators can set up different users and passwords to
control access to certain files, operations, and logs. Users can be
allowed various levels of access, such as read only. |

your needs with as much or as focused information as you choose.
